We already have a meta discussion about tags for individual authors, of which we now have plenty, but I just noticed that there's also an authors tag with 6 questions. The tag wiki excerpt says:

Can we merge [story-identification] and [book-identification]?
story-identification is our main tag for locating stories. However, book-identification has been recently created and has two questions in it. Can we delete or otherwise merge the second tag?
